Participation fee: EarlyBird NT 3000 ; Standard NT 3600

【Second Step - Registration】

Important Notice

GIS Taiwan will reserve your space as long as you pay for the registration fee. We are accepting registrations from individuals respectively. An registration form should contain only the information of no more than one participant.

代表完成繳費程序後才算完成正式報名；本活動僅接受個人報名，也不論您的國籍，請每位代表個別填寫一份線上報名表。

Registration Fee

This is a five-day event (field trip not included), the registration fee is 3600 NTDs (New Taiwan Dollars).For those who complete application during earlybird period, the registration fee is 3000 NTDs.

本年度會期為期五天(不包含field trip )，報名費用為新臺幣3600元。費用包含了5天的會期餐飲以及參加晚上社交晚宴等相關活動票卷。若於早鳥期間，優惠價格為新臺幣3000元。

If you failed to complete the payment one-week after register at Step 2 - Official delegate, this registration will be canceled. If you are still willing to join us, you will just need to register at Step 2 again. (You don't need to submit your essay again at step 1.)

如果您未能於行程選擇後一星期內完成付款，那麼此次行程選擇將會失效，請您再次完成 Step 2 的活動報名。(您不需於Step 1 再次填寫報名表)

Note that the registration fee(NTD 3600) is NOT inclusive of :
(A) Costs for your traffic
(B) Costs for accommodation (The accommodation fee should vary depending on your choice, for further information please contact: gis-taiwan@gis-taiwan.ntu.edu.tw)
(C) Costs for field trip

本活動報名費用並不包含機票、會後旅遊及住宿。住宿費會因您選擇的下榻飯店不同而異，

Payment Methods

Please follow the instructions given on the registration page to complete the payment, you will be receiving a notification letter by email to inform you that your qualification as a delegate has been confirmed. (It should take no more than 1 day for you to receive the notification if you complete the payment via credit card or web ATM. As for those who pay through bank transfers, it might take 1 to 2 days.)
This is an event of limited openings. Those registrations without completed payments will be canceled.

本活動接受銀行轉帳以及信用卡付款。請依照報名頁面的指示進行付款，相關訊息請參照官方網站內registration 頁面。報名程序需至繳費完成後方始生效，本活動將於繳費手續完成後寄送通知信。

如果是藉由信用卡或web ATM的方式付款完成，您將會在一天內收到確認信；而若是藉由銀行轉帳則需要至少工作天1~2天才能確認付款成功並寄出確認信。

本活動採取限額報名制，未完成繳費的報名代表將不予以保留名額。

【Essay Competition and Financial Aid】 

Delegates who have finished registration are qualified to participate in financial aid program and essay competition. Here is the information for your reference.

完成registration手續即可取得參與論文競賽和補助的資格，以下是相關的參考資訊。

Financial Aid

To apply for financial aid, you would have to participate in our essay competition.
Registration qualified for financial aid will be free of registration fee and accommodation fees.

Please Note:
(A)Financial aid is only for non-Taiwan residents.
(B)Foreign students living in Taiwan are also regarded as residents of Taiwan. Also, Taiwanese students who are now living outside Taiwan, it's also eligible to apply for financial aid program.

欲申請獎學金補助，必須參加我們的論文競賽

此獎學金申請流程請配合論文(Essay)競賽程序，獎學金申請資格為非居住於台灣地區之學生。

Essay

The essay is an optional method used to apply for both the financial aid and the essay competition. While applying for financial aid, or just the essay competition, please remember to submit your essay through our website no later than April 21th. You are free to update your essay unlimited times before that date. The essays will be reviewed by a council formed by professors from National Taiwan University.

欲申請獎學金補助（Financial Aid）或參加論文競賽（Essay Competetion）的申請者，請於論文（Essay）繳交期限(2014年4月21日)之前，至上傳系統完成繳交。

若於繳交期限截止前有更完整、更有創意的方案都可再次上傳，將以到期日截止時最後上傳的那一份論文（Essay）進行評選。論文由台灣大學教授組成之專業評選委員會進行評選。

特別提醒，論文（Essay）繳交與否視個人需求而定，不影響會期代表的甄選。

收件期間為 2014/01/01至2014/04/21。

依全球集思論壇入台證簡章，5/11前送出Applcation之大陸地區代表，籌備團隊將協助辦理入台證事宜。(請於付費時同時勾選入台證款項，本團隊將主動聯繫辦理事宜)

於5/11後申請之大陸地區代表，請特別注意，需自行辦理入台相關文件。
