Job Description

我們正在尋找一名協助台灣與香港市場發展中文內容的 content growth 實習生。你會需要協助製作能為 Glints 帶來用戶名單的中文內容，形式包含但不侷限於：infographic、EDM、ebook、社群媒體貼文等等。

We are looking for a content growth intern who would be responsible for assisting Chinese content in the HK/TW market.

In this role, you have to assist in producing Chinese contents related to lead generation campaigns, which may involve but not limit to infographic design, user template, series newsletter, e-book, and social media posts, etc.

This position would be considered as a potential hire in 2021 thus the prospective graduate  is welcome.

Job Requirement

• Storytelling copywriting skills
• Fluent command in English is a must
• Being able to dig into some research in English and come up with interesting insights to share with your audience is the key
• Detail-orientated for high standard output
• Proactive customer obsessed communication skills
• Hands-on skills of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, and InDesign etc. content design software 
• Knowledge of content design layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web design
• Strong analytical skills

• 出色的文案寫作能力是必要，除了通順的文句和精準的字彙之外，我們期待你擅長資料搜集與整理，具備良好的英文閱讀能力，能善用關鍵字閱讀大量英文文獻與市場數據報告，綜合整理出有趣的觀點。
• 有內容排版設計的基本概念與印刷、網頁設計等知識，熟悉使用 Adobe Photoshop、Illustrator、Sketch 或 InDesign 其中一種工具。

• 能用作品集展示自己在上述各項能力的掌握度。
• 懂主動溝通、求救、回報是基本，能適應臨時細節調動
• 細心且高質量的產出水平 - 我們期待你在注重每個細節的同時，亦能準時交付高品質內容。
• 有邏輯性的思考能力 - 我們期待你是一個有邏輯性的人，每一個觀點的背後都可以講出所以然，也能梳理出清楚的脈絡與架構。

Preferred but not required

• Knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Experienced in recruitment industry
• Research skills in B2B content kits writing and market research report writing(portfolio)

加分項目（非必要）

• 有招募、獵頭產業的經驗。
• 熟悉 HTML 和 CSS。
• 有 B2B 內容專業撰寫或報告製作經驗。
• 對 Inbound marketing 和 SEO 如何運作有基本的概念。

Salary 160 / per hour

Location 信義區

上班時間

9:00 - 18:00 午休一小時

每週工作三個工作天，具體與主管討論，經主管批准可遠距
